When will my order be delivered?
Usually we deliver within 1-3 business days in metros and 3-7 business days for rest of the country. You may track your order by clicking here to see your order history and then click on "details" link next to your order. Use tracking URL of courier service to know exact status of your shipped order.
Can I return my The Trendz Venue purchase?
Yes, you absolutely can. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/ exchange it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of the order delivery. However, return/ exchange is subject to the following conditions:
- The returned product must be unused, and it must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable. Also keep in mind the following points:
- Orders booked through COD mode will be credited back as The TrendzVenue Store Credits, once we have received the products and quality check is done. Orders booked through Prepaid Mode will be refunded back to original mode of payment in 4 - 5 working days.Sale items are ineligible for returns.
- As you have to self ship the products, please make sure to pack the items securely, so as to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service or registered post. To schedule a return, please send across an email to email@example.com or call us at 1800 833 5252. The Reverse Pick up facility is not available at the moment. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused due to it!
What are the rules for refund of courier charges?
- For all self-shipped returns for damaged or faulty products, we will provide a cashback of Rs.100 for shipment.
- Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
- Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
